An Act to amend the Births and Deaths Registration Act 1973

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled and by the authority of the same as follows:

1. Short Title - This Act may be cited as the Births and Deaths Registration Amendment Act 2007 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Births and Deaths Registration Act 1973 ("the principal Act").

2. Registration of births of children born out of the Cook Islands - Section 15 of the principal Act is hereby repealed.
