An Act amend the Sale of Liquor Act 1991-92

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1994-95 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Sale of Liquor Act 1991-92 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act").
Section 24 of the principal Act is amended, by repealing subsection (3), and substituting the following new subsection:
"(3) The Authority may, if it is of the opinion that it is desirable in the public interest, give public notice of the application at such times and in such manner as the Authority thinks fit".
Section 25 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following new subsection:
"(2) The Authority may, if it is of the opinion that it is desirable in the public interest, give public notice of the application at such times and in such manner as the Authority thinks fit".
This Act is administered by the General Licensing Authority
