Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE QUEEN'S REPRESENTATIVE IN EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

PURSUANT to sections 1(3) and 36(1) of the Cook Islands National Superannuation Act 2000, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order.

ORDER

1. Title and commencement - (1) This Order may be cited as the Cook Islands National Superannuation Fund Order (5) 2007.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 1^st June 2007.

2. Interpretation - In this Order - the Categories refer to:

(a) “HF 015 members”, comprising the employees of Bettaway Building Ltd;

(b) “BM 002 members”, comprising the employees of Juhi;

(c) “DG 001 members”, comprising the employees of Budget Rent A Car;

(d) “DG 002 members”, comprising the employees of Rarotonga Rentals Ltd;
