DECISION


This is an application by the University of the South Pacific Hourly Paid Staff Union (the Union) seeking interlocutory relief against the University of the South Pacific (the Employer).


The Union filed a Notice of Motion dated 3 December 2008 on 4 December 2008 together with an affidavit made by Joseva Wata.


The application was listed for mention on 11 December 2008. On that day the Union indicated that it was making an application to withdraw the motion. As there was no objection by the Employer the Tribunal directed that the motion be withdrawn with no order as to costs.
