This matter was referred to the Tribunal on 19 January 2017 from the Mediation Service. The matter was heard on 5 April 2017. The
Grievor was to file closing submissions by 17 May 2017. On 23 August 2017, the matter was called back on before the Tribunal and
Directions issued to the Grievor to file submissions as to why leave should be granted to enlarge the time for the filing.
Until to date, no such application has been received and as a result, the matter is hereby struck out for failure to take a step in
proceedings. An Order to give effect to this decision, will be issued to the parties.
