Further to the decision dated 18 October 2019 and the Orders issued in this matter, the Employment Relations Tribunal Orders

that:-

1. The Grievor Poasa Turaganisolevu Raqio vacate the employer’s quarters at Penang FSC compound (House Number PMSH122), within 14 days.
   
2. Costs be summarily assessed against the Grievor, in the amount of $1,000.00 and paid to the Employer within 21 days.
