Further to the decisions in this matter dated 18 October 2019 and 7 February 2020, the Employment Relations Tribunal Orders

that:-


  1. The Grievor pay the Employer the sum of $4,000.00 as a result of his election to remain in the employer’s premises, following his dismissal in employment.
  2. Payment be made within 21 days hereof.
