Applicant's passport which is held by Magistrate's Court Suva is released immediately on condition:

(a) he returns to Fiji within 30 days from today (2/1/97) i.e. by 1/2/97;

(b) he travels only to Sydney, Australia;

(c) he re-surrenders his Passport to the Court immediately upon returning to Fiji;

(d) that the sum of $15,000 as undertaken by the applicant's father as contained in Mr. Vuataki's letter of 24/12/96 be honoured should the applicant not return to Fiji in time.
