ADDENDUM TO RULING OF THE 24^th FEBRUARY 2006

[1] Reference is made to the ruling delivered in this matter on the 24^th February 2006.

[2] Subsequent to the delivery of the ruling, my attention has been drawn to an error in paragraph 21 of the ruling.

[3] Paragraph 21 is amended to read a5 follows:

"It follows therefore that the defendants' summons of the 13^th December 2005 must be dismissed."

[4] The amendment accords with the orders made.
