JUDGMENT


Two of the three assessors find the 1st Accused guilty of murder as charged. All assessors find the 2nd Accused guilty as charged.


I direct myself in accordance with my summing up and I agree with the majority opinion for the 1st Accused and the unanimous opinion for the 2nd Accused. I convict both Accused accordingly.
