JUDGEMENT


CECIL PHILLIP QUAI HOI is charged with the following offence:


Statement of Offence


MURDER: Contrary to sections 199 and 200 of the Penal Code, Cap 17.


Particulars of Offence


CECIL PHILLIP QUAI HOI, on the 17th day of March 2008 at Nadi in the Western Division, murdered SARWAN KUMAR s/o RAMAN.


You have been found not guilty by 2 out of 3 assessors in this trial. Having directed myself in accordance with my summing up I agree with the majority.


It is the judgment of this Court that you are not guilty and you are acquitted and discharged.
