JUDGMENT OF THE COURT


The three Assessors have given their unanimous opinions that the accused is not guilty as charged in Count No. 1 and guilty as charged in Count No. 2.


I direct myself in accordance with my summing up and I agree with them.


Therefore I find the accused not guilty on Count No.1 and acquit the accused on Count No. 1.


I find the accused guilty on Count No. 2 and convict him on Count No. 2.
