JUDGMENT


[1] I am satisfied that all three accused persons have pleaded guilty freely without any pressure, promise or inducement. I am satisfied that they understand the consequences of their guilty pleas. I am satisfied that they have intelligently and competently waived their rights to a trial. The guilty pleas are supported by facts which the accused persons have admitted.


[2] I accept the guilty pleas of the three accused persons.


[3] On the charge of murder, I convict all three accused persons of the lesser offence of manslaughter of Tir Murti contrary to sections 198 and 201 of the Penal Code.


[4] I convict all three accused persons of robbery with violence on Tir Murti contrary to section 293(1)(b) of the Penal Code.
