CORRIGENDUM
[To the Interlocutory Ruling Delivered on 15 August 2023]

1. I had on 15 August 2023 delivered an interlocutory ruling on the Defendant’s application for striking out of the claim.
   
2. It has been brought to my attention that there to be an error in the ruling, in particular on paragraphs 13 and 14 of the ruling where I have cited wrong case number.
   
3. Accordingly, via this corrigendum the case number mentioned on paragraphs 13 and 14 of the interlocutory ruling so delivered is to read as HBC 156 of 2019 and not HBC 156 of 2017.
