1. That the Respondent pay to the Complainant the sum of $20,361.00 from the moneys held in trust within 7 days. Payment to be made by cheque payable to Attendra Singh and forwarded to his solicitors O'Driscoll & Co..
2. That the respondent release the file with respect to Fiji Court Appeal matter ABU0083/2007 to O'Driscoll and Co within 7 days.
