INTERLOCUTORY ORDERS
LEGAL PRACTITIONERS DECREE - Section 121(3)
- That the 1st Respondent not be issued with a practising certificate until further order of this Commission.
- That the Chief Registrar forward;
- I. a copy of the Judgment and Orders in matter 2 of 2010; and
- II. advice that orders 2,3 and 4 were satisfied by the 1st Respondent from his Trust Account;
- to:
- a. The Auckland Law Society
- b. The New Zealand Law Society
- c. The Attorney General of New Zealand.
- That the 1st Respondent lodges his passport with the Independent Legal Services Commission within 24 hours of entering Fiji.
- That council for the 1st Respondent, Ms N. Khan, notify the 1st Respondent of these orders forthwith.
- Note: As the 1st Respondent has informed the Commission hat:
- he is residing in Auckland, New Zealand;
- he will not be attending before the Commission to answer these proceedings.
- notice to Ms Khan shall be notice to the 1st Respondent as required s. 121 (7) of the Decree.
