INTERLOCUTORY ORDERS
LEGAL PRACTITIONERS DECREE - Section 121(3)

1. That the 1^st Respondent not be issued with a practising certificate until further order of this Commission.
2. That the Chief Registrar forward;
   • I. a copy of the Judgment and Orders in matter 2 of 2010; and
   • II. advice that orders 2,3 and 4 were satisfied by the 1^st Respondent from his Trust Account;
   • to:
     • a. The Auckland Law Society
     • b. The New Zealand Law Society
     • c. The Attorney General of New Zealand.
3. That the 1^st Respondent lodges his passport with the Independent Legal Services Commission within 24 hours of entering Fiji.
4. That council for the 1^st Respondent, Ms N. Khan, notify the 1^st Respondent of these orders forthwith.
   • Note: As the 1^st Respondent has informed the Commission hat:

• he is residing in Auckland, New Zealand;
• he will not be attending before the Commission to answer these proceedings.
  • notice to Ms Khan shall be notice to the 1^st Respondent as required s. 121 (7) of the Decree.
