ORDERS
- That the Respondent and/or his servants and/or agents be restrained from operating/continuing to operate the law firm under the style
of NACOLAWA & DAVETA LAW situated at Suite 3, Winina Arcade, Main Street, Nausori and any branches of the same until further and/or other orders;
- The Respondent operating the law firm under the style of NACOLAWA & DAVETA LAW whilst not being the holder of a valid practising certificate be ordered to submit a list of pending files of the law firm NACOLAWA & DAVETA LAW to the Legal Practitioners Unit together with a list for the contacts of the clients in the files, such be carried out in the presence
of an officer of the Applicant;
- Members of the Fiji Police to assist the Applicant in the execution and enforcement of this order;
- The Respondent and his staff not enter the office of the firm of NACOLAWA & DAVETA LAW without leave of the Applicant.
- That pursuant to Section 57(2) of the Legal Practitioners Decree, the Chief Registrar be at liberty to appoint a receiver for the
said firm;
- The Respondent pay cost of $1000 by 4th of July 2013 for the hearing and for wasted cost of execution of the orders of the 18th of June 2013.
