ORDERS
- That the Applicant and/or his employees and/or his agents be allowed to enter the Respondent's place of residence at Block 3 Flat
6, Kaukimoce Flats, Balabala Cresent, Newtown, Nasinu to search and take custody of client files which are in the Respondent's possession;
- That the Applicant and/or his employees and/or his agents be allowed to enter the Respondent's place of residence at Block 3 Flat
6, Kaukimoce Flats, Balabala Cresent, Newtown, Nasinu to close down the Respondent's law firm namely "J U ESQUIRE".
- Members of the Fiji Police to assist the Applicant in the execution and enforcement of this Orders;
- That pursuant to Section 57(2) of the Legal Practitioners Decree, the Chief Registrar be at liberty to appoint a receiver for the
said firm; and
- This matter stands adjourned to the 24th of February, 2014 at 10.00am for Inter-Partes hearing. Respondent to be advised accordingly.
