AN ACT

TO APPROPRIATE A SUM OF FORTY EIGHT MILLION, ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND AND SEVEN HUNDRED AND NINETY DOLLARS TO THE SERVICE OF THE YEAR ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2001 IN ADDITION TO THE SUMS PREVIOUSLY APPROPRIATED FOR THAT YEAR AND FOR RELATED MATTERS

ENACTED by the Parliament of the Fiji Islands-

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the 2001 Appropriation (Supplementary) Act 2001.

Supplementary Appropriation of $48,155,790

2. A sum of $48,155,790 is to be issued from the Consolidated Fund or other funds and applied to the service of the year ending 31st December 2001 for defraying the charges of the Government of Fiji for such period and such sum is to be appropriated as specified in the Schedule.
