MARINE (COASTING-TRADE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2006

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Sections 158(1) and 212 of the Marine Act 1986, I make these Regulations -

Citation, etc.

1.- (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Marine (Coasting - Trade) (Amendment) Regulations 2006.

(2) In these Regulations the Marine (Coasting-Trade) Regulations 1990 are referred to as the principal Regulations.

Grant of coasting-trade licence

2. Regulation 5 of the principal Regulations is amended in subregulation (3) by deleting "$35" and substituting "$36.05".

Issue of coasting trade permit

3. Regulation 10 of the principal Regulations is amended in subregulation (3) by deleting "$55" and substituting "$56.65".
