JUDGMENT


The appellant is deceased. His wife sought to represent him and at her request the case was transferred to Tarawa from Aranuka.


Now the appellant's wife cannot be located at the address she gave in Tarawa.


When an appeal is filed it is the duty of an appellant to keep the court informed of his whereabouts so that a notice of hearing can be served.


The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
