JUDGMENT

This is an appeal against an eviction order made by the magistrates in C/N 413/90 on 29 October 1990.

The appeal was not called on for hearing until 9 April 1996 after which time the appellant sought the advice of the People's Lawyer.

That advice was to the effect that there were no arguable grounds of appeal against the decision. That being so the appellant seeks leave to withdraw his appeal.

That leave is granted and the appeal is dismissed.
