Having heard Ms Tekanito of Counsel for the appellant and Ms Bruce of counsel for the second respondent and having read the affidavit of the appellant IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that both the maintenance order dated 6 May 2011 and the enforcement maintenance order dated 3 August 2011 be stayed and the appellant released from prison forthwith.
