Defendant-Appellant Laibon Jejo having filed a Motion for Remand for Disposition of Motion for Relief From Judgment, and the Court having considered the Motion and Memorandum and the files of the case, and good cause appearing therefor, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that this case shall be and hereby is remanded to the High Court for disposition of Defendant – Appellant's Motion for Relief From Judgment, which shall be filed therein.
