[1] It appearing from the record of this appeal that service of certification of the record was made April 18, 1988, on Appellant's counsel, that Appellant's brief has not been filed and that no request for an extension of time has been filed, it is ORDERED, consonant with Rules 6 and 18 of the Appellate Rules of Procedure, that the appeal is dismissed.
