NAURUAN COMMUNITY ACT (INVESTMENT)
REGULATIONS 1997
(REGULATION 12)
In pursuance of Regulation 12 (a) of the Nauruan Community Act (Investment) Regulations 1997, I, Kinza Clodumar, Minister for External Affairs, hereby nominate Mr Kelly D. Emiu Acting Chief Secretary, to administer the Oath set forth on the Second Schedule of the aforesaid Regulations.
