ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

National Disaster Committee (Amendment of Section 3).

AN ACT

entitled

Disaster Management (Amendment) Act 1997,

Being an Act to amend the Disaster Management Act (Chapter 403),

MADE by the National Parliament.

NATIONAL DISASTER COMMITTEE (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 3).

Section 3(2) of the Principle Act is amended by adding the following new Paragraph:-

"(i) the Departmental Head of the Department responsible for Provincial and Local-level Government matters.".
