CONSENT JUDGMENT

Upon hearing and as agreed by both parties, the Court finds that the following additional names as rightful persons to also grant timber rights in respect of Vaululu Customary land apart from those identified at a Timber Right hearing at Vonunu which appeared in their Form II dated 1^st March 2012. They include Dr. Jerry Kena of Varese Village, Micah Qulikera of Varese Village, and Zacheus Kadere of Varese Village.

Accordingly, and as consented by both parties, the Court orders that the Western Provincial Executive's determination dated 1^st March 2012 be varied to also include Dr. Jerry Kena, Micah Qulikera, and Zacheus Kadere as rightful persons to grant Timber Rights in respect of Vualulu Customary Land.
