IN THE WESTERN CUSTOMARY LAND APPEAL COURT

CLAC No. 3 of 2004

IN THE MATTER OF: Inclusion of Mr. Michael Tokuru and Mr. Edward Tokuru as persons entitled
to grant timber right on Sesebu Customary Land

Court Ruling:

Upon parties request and upon reading the minutes of the Western Provincial Executives 3^rd meeting of 2013 endorsing Mr. Michael Tokuru and Mr. Edward Tokuru as trustees/guarantors of timber right on Sesebu Customary Land, the western Customary Land Appeal Court afresh and endorse as follows;-

1. That Mr. Michael Tokuru and Mr. Edward Tokuru included as additional trustees/Guarantors of timber rights on Sesebu Customary Land with those determined by the Western Provincial Executive on 11/5/2004 and agreed upon by parties in their Deed of Settlement which is the base of withdrawal of Appeal case No: 3 of 2004 dated 9^th/06/2011.
