EMPLOYMENT ACT (FEES)
REGULATIONS
MADE UNDER SECTION 119 OF THE EMPLOYMENT ACT[1]
1 Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Employment Act (Fees) Regulations.
2 Fees
The fees specified in column 2 of the Table hereunder shall be payable to the Commissioner by the recruiter or employer, as the case may be, in respect of the matters specified in column 1 of the said Table.
