PUBLIC HOLIDAYS (AMENDMENT) ACT 2020
AN ACT TO AMEND THE SCHEDULE OF THE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ACT
Commencement [24th December 2020]
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Public Holiday (Amendment) Act 2020.
2 Amendment to Schedule
This Act is amended by removing the Commonwealth Holiday. The Schedule should now read as follows:

| New Year’s Day | 1st January |
| Good Friday | As appointed |
| Easter Monday | As appointed |
| The day appointed for the celebration of the Anniversary of the Birthday of the Sovereign | 2nd Saturday in June |
| National Youth Day | 1st Monday in August |
| Tuvalu Day | 1st October and 2nd October |
| National Children’s Day | 1st Monday after White Sunday |
| Christmas Day | 25th December |
| Boxing Day | 26th December |
