Decision: His application is approved for release on parole on the basis of his positive reports by the Centre Manager. He will remain on parole until his sentence ends on 14th September 2013.

Release Condition: On standard and the 4 special conditions in his Pre-Release report.

1. Mr. Jimmy Kawia to be involve in any rehabilitation program if organized by the Probation Services.
   
2. Mr. Jimmy Kawia to undertake the Niufala Rod Program as directed by Probation Officer.
   
3. That Mr. Jimmy Kawia avoids re-offending and is to comply to his conditions all the time.
   
4. That Mr. Jimmy Kawia is to keep close relationship and cooperates with the Community Chief maintaining himself to any good and legal advice that is given by the Community Chief and takes part in any program that is organized by the chief in the community.
