Compassionate Ground Decisions:


Detainee Name: Frederick Lewawa


Decision: His application for released on parole on medical grounds is approved based on the medical report dated 15th May 2012, annexing 2 separate blood test results 7/10/09 and 15/05/2012 showing detainee he is infected with Hepatitis-B virus, thus a risk to other detainees.


Release Conditions
1. He must return to live with mother at Tebakor.

2. He must maintain strict health and minimize access to the greater public of Port Vila and receive proper medical advice at all times.

3. He must follow Niufala Rod Program.

4. He must attend spiritual counseling as directed by Probation Officer

Release Date: To be released on or before Friday 22nd June 2012.
