Decision: His application is approved for release on parole. Despite some advise reports, he has made significant progress during the last 6 months to warrant on opportunity for release. He will remain on parole until his sentence ends on 24th June 2014.

Release Condition: On standard and the 4 special conditions specified in his Pre-Release report.

1. To return to Enimeleu village, Tanna Island.
2. To undertake the Niufala Rod Program.
3. Probation Officer to set up a Community Justice Supervisor to supervise and monitor Mr Peter Wako.
4. To undertake any tasks or responsibilities under Chief Tom Nipiko.
