Decision: Application is approved for release on parole on standard and special conditions to remain on parole until his sentence end date on 21.10.2014 as per for a further period of 12 months.
Release Conditions:
- He must reside at his home island of Malo in his specific village
- He must attend sexual health counselling with Sanma Counselling Centre organized by a Probation Officer where convenient in Malo
or Santo
- He must undertake Niufala Road Program and other additional program that will be organized by his supervising Probation Officer
in the community
- Not to re-offend or commit other criminal offences
- He must not have any contact with his victim by way of email, telephone or mobile phone or verbal face to face meetings.
- In addition to that, he must perform a kastom reconciliation to his victim and family as a sign of his remorsefulness. He must also
attend any other rehabilitation program that will be organized by this supervising Probation Officer
