Decision: Application is approved for release on parole on standard and special conditions to remain until his sentence end date on 17.04.2017.

Release Conditions:
- He must not re-offend again
- He must attend the Niufala Rod Program organized by the Probation Office.
- He must attend any other rehabilitation programs that will be organizing by the Probation Officer.
- He must perform another kastom reconciliation ceremony to the community and the victims families where convenient.
- He must not move to another new residential location without informing a probation officer.
- Mr Kali is to return to Unmet village under supervision of Chief Saniel until his end date of parole.
