Decision: His application for parole is approved on medical grounds. He must remain on parole until his sentence End date on 31 May 2015.

Decision: - He must report for medical check-up once every month from June 2014 and thereafter.
- He must produce a copy of the medical report to the Probation Service.
- In the event he fails to do this or he fully recovers before 14th January 2016, he must be returned to the Correctional Center.
- To be supervised by a CJS as directed by Probation Officer.
- Not to re-offend or commit any other offence.
- To keep his distance away from victim and not to make any form either by phone ..ect to the victim.
- To focus on his health issues
