Decision: Application approved for release on parole on standard and special conditions to remain until sentence end date on 05.12.2017. This decision is made based on the comments by the Center Manager.

Release Conditions:
- To remain under Chief Samuel Tarsaliu and Chief Manamuri until end of Parole Sentence
- To undertake spiritual counselling and undertake any church activities as directed by Pastor Harry Michael
- To undertake Niufala Road Program as directed by the Probation Officer
- To reside with his sister Mrs Monique at Manples and remain under her care until his Parole end date
- To not go anywhere near the victim or make any contact with the victim directly or indirectly
- Not to re-offend
