- Supervised by Chief Willie Iata until end of sentence

- Undertake spiritual counselling with Pastor Yannick Jimmy as directed by the Probation

- Undertake rehabilitation programs as arranged by the Probation Officer such as the Niufala Rod Program

- To reside with his family at the Etas area, East Efate and not to change residential location.

- Not to make contact with the victim directly or indirectly unless through the supervising probation officer

- Must perform a custom reconciliation

- Must not re-offend again
