COURT ORDER

The plaintiff Mrs Leanne Natu made an application to this honourable court under Child Maintenance Act Cap 42. She claimed that the Defendant Mr Joshua Kailong of Malekula is the alleged father of her 3 children. Upon hearing the plaintiff and upon hearing the defendant plea of liable, this Court found the defendant Mr Joshua Kailong being the father of the 3 children and made the following Orders;

Orders:

1. that the Defendant Mr Joshua Kailong to pay monthly Child maintenance of VT12,000.

2. that the first payment shall be made at the end of June, 2006 and thereafter at the end of each succeeding calendar month until all children attains 18 years of age.

3. liberty to appeal is granted within 30 days period.
