Having heard the verbal application made by the plaintiff before Court today to withdraw the case due to arrangement reach by both parties outside Court therefore, the Court issue the following Orders;

1. That case be dismissed

2. That Plaintiff pay cost of this Court

Both parties are given liberty to appeal within 30 days commencing from these Orders.
