This Twelvth day of November 1912
After examining the summons in a charge brought against Alexander Donald Fraser of having recruited four native labourers in October and December one thousand nine hundred and eleven without having a license, and it appearing that the proper limits of time fixed by the procedure were not observed.
The summons is declared null.
