Public Prosecutor v Roche [1913] VUNHJC 19; Criminal 166 (1 April 1913)

This first day of April one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, in the matter of a charge against LOUIS ROCHE of Undine Bay, Efate,

The above named LOUIS ROCHE stands convicted before the Joint Court for, that he did on the 24th December 1912 give to the native Botella two bottles of rum contrary to the provisions of Article LIX of the Convention.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said LOUIS ROCHE for his said offence to pay a fine of one pound (£1) and the costs of these proceedings.
