JOINT COURT OF THE NEW HEBRIDES.


CASE No 454.


THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR


versus


Mrs E. REID of Vila.

This 3rd of August 1923,

In the matter of a charge against Mrs E.Reid, of VILA.

The above named Mrs E. REID stands convicted before the Joint Court for that on Tuesday the 2nd of March 1920 she sold three bottles of wine to the natives:

KALAMTUK
KALSA.
MATTEI

Contrary to the provisions of Article 59 of the Convention of the 20th October 1906.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said Mrs E. REID for this said offence to pay a fine of FOUR HUNDRED FRANCS (Frs 400) and the costs of these proceedings.
