LIZZIE.

This 6th day of September, 1927.

In the matter of a charge against LIZZIE a native of Ambrym in the New Hebrides.

The above named Lizzie stands convicted before the Joint Court for that she did during the month of October 1925 at the Hotel Modern Vila, while employed there in as a domestic servant, steal certain jewels, to wit 2 rings, 2 earings, and 1 sleeve link the property of Mdme. and M. Pasteur French Citizens.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said Lizzie for her said offence to pay a fine of frs. 25 and to pay the sum of 25 frs as damages to the said M. Pasteur.

The costs to be borne by the said M. Pasteur. The Court orders restitution of the said earings to the owner.
