TOGOLO, or HAM CHONG
This fith day of April 1927.
In the matter of a charge against TOGOLO alias HAM CHONG a Chinese, British Resortissant, Storekeeper of Vila.
The above named Togolo alias Ham Chong stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did at Vila aforesaid on Thursday the 24th day of March supply alcoholic liquor, to wit beer, to the native CHINNERY of Makura contary to the provisions of Article 59 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.
Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said Togolo alias Ham Chong for his said offence to pay a fine of francs 25, and the costs of the prosecution.
