JUDGMENT


This ninth day of October, 1928.

In the matter of a charge against AH TING Chinese British subject.

The above named AH TING stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on 22nd August 1928 at Vila supply alcoholic liquor to native KIEL contrary to Article 59 (parag. I) of the Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said AH TING for his said offence to pay a fine of one pound sterling and the costs of the prosecution.
