JUDGMENT


This ninth day of October, 1928.

In the matter of a charge against Edmond COLARDEAU, French citizen.

The above named Edmond COLARDEAU stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on the 8th day of July, 1928 supply one bottle wine to native TARRES contrary to Article 59 (1) of the Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said Edmond COLARDEAU for his said offence to pay a fine of francs:250 and the cost of the prosecution.
