NG VAN DIEN

This 25th day of May, 1928.

In the matter of a charge against NG VAN DIEN a Tongkinese, French subject.

The above named NG VAN DIEN stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did, at Vila, on the 15th April, 1928 supply alcoholic liquor to wit, one bottle of wine to the native ROBERT MAEVO, contrary to Art 59 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said NG VAN DIEN for his said offence to pay a fine of frs.100 and the costs of the prosecution.
