Madame TARRES,
French citizen, storekeeper, Mele.


This twentyfourth day of December one thousand nine hundred and twenty nine.

In the matter of a charge against Madame TARRES, French citizen, Storekeeper at Mele.

The above named Madame TARRES stands convicted before the Joint Court for that she did at Mele on the 6th October, supply 1 bottle of cognac to natives TEKE and TOM contrary to Article 59 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said Madame Tarres for her said offence to pay a fine of Francs 150 and the costs of the prosecution.
